Access to certain features of SIPAP may require payment of fees. If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase
• Billing: Recurring subscriptions are billed automatically until cancelled
• Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy
• Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or VAT taxes

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Ridha Tech, its directors, employees, and affiliates are NOT LIABLE for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are NOT LIABLE for any financial losses, lost profits, or damages arising from your use of SIPAP or betting activities
• We are NOT LIABLE for errors, inaccuracies, or delays in data or predictions
• We are NOT LIABLE for service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@ridhatech.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles and the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at legal@ridhatech.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating any formal proceedings.

12.3 Arbitration Agreement

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be mutually agreed upon or determined by the arbitration body. Alternatively, disputes may be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in your location.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• We will notify you via email (if you have an account) or prominent website notice
• Changes take effect 30 days after notification for existing users
• Changes take effect immediately for new users

Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using our Services.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ridha Tech
• Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms at any time
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• No Agency: These Terms do not create an agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship
